Preparation

Preparation

Cod and spinach with honey

Ingredients (for 4 persons)
4 cod fillets
500 gr spinach
2 tablespoons of flour
250 ml milk
2 tablespoons of honey
1 nutmeg

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan on the fire, add the flour, once we have a smooth paste, add the hot milk also gradually, stirring constantly. Once you've added all the milk, pour the juice from cod (previously thawed in boiling water) until a creamy sauce, add pepper and nutmeg.
